This Weekend's Bornholm Bike Trip

This past weekend, 98 DIS students had a great time cycling around the island of Bornholm in fantastic weather.

This past weekend, 98 students traveled to the small Danish island of Bornholm to spend two days biking around on the island's 250 kilometers of cycling roads. They spent the weekend enjoying the fantastic weather, gorgeous scenery, and the smoked salmon, Baltic sea glass, and soft ice cream that are unique parts of the culture of the island. Students also got the chance to visit one of the finest sand beaches in Denmark, the Bornholm Museum of Art, and the 13th century fortification of Hammershus.
