Visit DIS' Summer Design Show
The annual DIS Summer Design Exhibition takes place this coming weekend at the Glass Hall, Denmark’s Design School, Strandboulevarden 47, Copenhagen Ø. The exhibition is open to the public Friday the 13 August - Sunday 15 August from 10 am - 4pm.

124 students from 11 nations, based in 29 U.S. and Australian universities, will exhibit design projects, as well as their travel sketches from this summer’s seven-week study program in Copenhagen.
From the seventh summer program developed in collaboration between DIS and Denmark’s Design School 12 students from “Textile Design in Scandinavia” exhibit textile prints, display patterns and travel sketches.
From the thirteenth summer program developed in collaboration between DIS and Denmark’s Design School 55 students from “Furniture Design in Scandinavia” exhibit chairs in wood, steel and veneer.
From the thirty-fourth summer program in “Architecture and Design” at DIS 57 Architecture, Interior Architecture, Urban Design, and Pre-Architecture students will show samples of:
Rent a bike at Nørreport, Harbour Bath and Sauna in Havneholmen.
In addition, model studies of significant Scandinavian buildings and travel sketches will be on display.
