Welcome - Practical Information

IT Services provides technical assistance for students, faculty, and staff. The IT Help Desk is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm It is located on the ground floor of the front Vestergade 5  stairway in room 5.07. The IT staff can help with any DIS computer issues, DIS computer accounts, printing, and wireless internet connections.

If you are having a problem with your personal laptop, DIS IT Services will try to assist you. Please bring it to the Help Desk no later than 3pm, so there is ample time to help with the problem.

IT Services encourages continuous backups of your personal computer, so for sale at the Help Desk are CDs and DVDs. Also available for purchase are plug adapters, ethernet cords, and souvenir mouse pads.

Basic IT Assistance is also available in the DIS Library from 4pm to 10pm on weekdays and from 11am until 10pm on weekends. Please note that during the study tours and travel breaks, IT help is provided the same hours as the Library's limited opening hours.
