Biomedical Research Project

Spring Semester only | 3 credits | Elective
Majors: Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Health Science, and Pre-Medicine

Beginning with discussions on focus, content and plan, this project will develop into the student’s own research project. Students seek out a specialist in the field who acts as advisor, guiding them through the research process. The advisor and student will work toward the completion of their research paper, which the advisor will grade and the DIS Biomedical department will sign off on.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites: Biotech Research Project is for full-year students in the Biomedicine Program only. Students must have taken Medical Biotechnology & Drug Development core class taken in fall. Research projects will be completed in the spring.
