This course will focus on differences and similarities in political culture in the US and Europe, the role of political leadership, approach to international negotiations, and the global role in the new world order. Included in the course will be case studies of the WTO disputes, the Iraq War, and the 2009 COP15 UN Climate Summit in Copenhagen.
