Racism: Theory and Cases

Racism is still a major dynamic impulse in modern society. We will look at contemporary theories of racism both as ideology and social practice and study the roots of modern racism. A critical approach to ‘race’ and racism will be developed: What is ‘race’? Why racism? What are the consequences?
