Description

As the media capital of Europe, London offers unique opportunities for the study of communication and mass media. Academic visits to media institutions such as BBC, Al Jazeera or The Telegraph give students a first-hand look at some of the biggest newsrooms in Europe and a sense of London's media culture. Students with a career interest in PR and communications will get an opportunity to explore this field in a European setting though small group interviews with experienced media professionals within major companies such as the global public relations firm Edelman.

A trip to London would not be complete without a chance to experience its cultural and ethnic diversity. Cultural activities for this trip will introduce you to the unique vibe of London and also give you a  glimpse of the British countryside through a full day excursion to Stonehenge and Bath. Past activities have included: independent film screenings, musicals, The London Eye and Tate Modern.
