Description
This study tour provides you with the opportunity to explore the field of early childhood and education in a multicultural context in Denmark. On this tour, you will also be able to gain insight into the dynamics of and challenges within the multicultural discourse. Academic visits on tour could include meeting with local community organizations and child care centers.
In addition to the academic activities on study tour, the study tour program is supplemented with cultural visits to relevant and exciting sites and events to help engage students to the fullest extent. They help to give students a more well-rounded understanding of the communities in which they are studying. In the past, cultural visits have included touring museums, experiencing markets, and tasting traditional Danish food at a local Kro.
